> Muallim Maktub # 1 to 8 will be near to Jamarat.
> Faimly Room Facility in Makka and Madina Hotel may be available on Prior request
(Subject to availability & Sharai Mahram) but in
Azizia seprate sharing accomodation(6/7 persons in a room)
for Ladies and Gents will be provided and no faimly room facility will be available in any case
> Mattress in Mina with Pillow and Blanket will be provided to each Pilgrim.
> Private Wash Room for Ladies and gents exclusively for Karvan e Ibraheem Tours & Travels (Private) Limited
> Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Served in Mina (Subject to arrangement / availability).
> Break Fast & Lunch in Arafat .
> According to instruction of Pakistan Hajj Minsitry the train service between Mina / Arafat / Muzdalfa
is optional for all private Hujjaj therefor either Bus or train service will be provided under procedure of
Saudia Muallim / Naqaba / Moassasah, Est.
TERMS & CONDITIONS : 98
> All Pilgrim with Karvan e Ibraheem Tours & Travels (Private) Limited , Shall be bound to follow stricly the schedule
of Arrival & Depature provide by the mangement and must follow all rules and regulation of Pakistan /
Saudia Government.
> Package Date subject to availability of Seats from Airlines
> The Package Cost is calculated at an exchange rate of 29 Pak Rupees Per Saudi Riyal.
(Amount may be incresed due to exchange rate).
> No Pilgrims is allowed for Hajj Who has already gone since last five years except "HAJJ-E-BADAL "
or in case of Mahram of a female Pilgrim who did not perform any Hajj before.
> Without Mahram no application of any female is accepted . Moreover with one
Mahram , maximum four feamles are allowed.
> Females , whose expected delivery dates , near to Hajj days are not allowed
> In Hajj 2014 the "Qurbani" is also included in the package.
> Karvan e Ibraheem Management will provide Abaya for female
and it is compulsory to wear during the complete Hajj period
> The management of Karvan e Ibraheem Tours & Travels (Private) Limited
has reserve all rights in connection with Hajj application Forms.
> It is compulsory for each Male / Female to attend all Hajj Program at karachi centre
and also during the Hajj period in Makkah , Madina & Mina.
> A mutual agreement is mandatory to be signed at the time of
Submission of original Hajj Forms with company.
> Machine Readable Passport valid upto 31st March 2015.
PAYMENT MODULE :
> Advance Rs. 1,00,000 /=(one lac) per person is to be paid at the time of registration with company
> Total Balance Payment to be paid at the time of filling the original Form.
> Payment should be through cross cheque / Payorder in favor of
Karvan e Ibraheem Tours & Travels (Private) Limited
CANCELLATION POLICY :
> Cancellation to be accepted before Ramdan subject to replacement
availability & approval fromMinistry of Religious Affair in Pakistan .
> If cancellation required after getting visa then only Air fare will be refunded (After the Approval of Airline).
